Niamh Carey

Niamh Carey is an accomplished international hockey player and coach with experience in developing young talent. Currently, Niamh represents the Irish Women's hockey team, having earned the first cap at the age of 22 since joining Hockey Ireland in November 2020. Niamh has also served as a hockey coach at Muckross Park College from September 2019 to April 2023 and at Stillorgan Hockey Club from September 2017 to April 2022, focusing on primary school children. Niamh is pursuing a degree in Medicinal Chemistry and Chemical Biology at University College Dublin, with previous education at UC Santa Barbara and Coláiste Íosagáin.
