Mathieu Gravel is a highly experienced coach and kinesiologist with a strong background in hockey training and athlete development. Currently serving as an assistant coach with the Drummondville Voltigeurs since June 2022, Mathieu also works as a consultant for Hockey Canada and as a trainer for Hockey Quebec, focusing on individual techniques such as power skating and stick handling. Previous roles include assistant coach at UQTR and Drummondville Voltigeurs, as well as a skills coach since 2007. Mathieu holds a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Sciences from Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières, completed in 2009.
