Joe has nearly 25 years of experience in title review and working with title companies to generate the proper curative for clients’ needs. He has nearly 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, and will focus his efforts on large-scale renewable energy projects, assisting clients with review of site selection documents, negotiation of site selection agreements, and title review and curative work. Joe’s significant experience in title examination and commercial law allows him to help clients navigate construction of their projects.
Joe is also a licensed examining counsel for Chicago Title Insurance Company.
He is licensed to practice law in New York State.
