Thomas A. Mitchell

Tom is a member of the firm’s Business and International Tax Practices, where he advises businesses, individuals, and non-profit organizations on tax-related matters and planning.

Tom concentrates his practice in federal tax law, with a particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, partnership and joint venture structuring and other tax-driven business transactions.

Prior to joining Hodgson Russ, Tom was an associate in the Buffalo, New York office of a national law firm. He began his legal career as an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of an international law firm.
