Silvia Silberbauer

Silvia Silberbauer is the current Head of Corporate Human Resources at Hödlmayr International AG. Prior to this, Silvia held various HR roles such as Head of Human Resources Austria at NEVEON, Senior Consultant Compensation Management at BWI Unternehmensberatung GmbH, Head of Human Resources at Trodat Trotec, and Human Resources Manager at Borealis where Silvia also served in various HR positions. Silvia began their career as a Payroll Specialist at VAMED and BRP before obtaining their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management from Universität für Weiterbildung Krems in 2010.
