Koki Mashita is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in technology, venture capital, and culinary arts. Currently serving as a Member of Technical Staff at Atmo, Koki focuses on enhancing ensemble models for improved AI-weather forecasting. Simultaneously, Koki holds a position as a Machine Learning Researcher at Berkeley RISE Lab, working on large language model fine-tuning and evaluation. With experience in venture capital as both a Venture Scout and Venture Fellow at HOF Capital, Koki aids ambitious founders in building impactful companies. Previous roles include co-founding and managing Lallic Partners, where Koki oversaw investments exceeding $1.6 million, and serving as CEO and co-founder of Floe.
