Rob Steward

Rob Steward has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rob started their career at Booz Allen Hamilton as an Associate, working in consulting from June 2000 to July 2006. Rob then moved on to Elm Street Development as a Real Estate Development Intern in May 2007. Rob joined Hines in June 2008 as an Assistant Project Manager, later progressing to the role of Project Manager in September 2011. In May 2012, they became a Director at Hines, leading projects until June 2013. Rob then joined CBRE in July 2013 as Director of Capital Markets, where they worked until October 2016. Currently, they hold two positions at Hoffman & Associates - Senior Development Manager since October 2016 and Vice President of Real Estate Development since July 2019.

Rob Steward completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech in the years 1995 to 2000. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate Development from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School from 2006 to 2008.
