Roche de Guzman

Roche de Guzman currently serves as an Associate Professor of Engineering at Hofstra University, where the teaching responsibilities include courses such as MATLAB for Engineers, Numerical Methods, and Biomaterials Lab. Research interests encompass keratin biomaterials, MATLAB DICOM analysis, lateral flow immunoassays, mechanical design using Inventor, COMSOL Multiphysics bioengineering simulations, and molecular dynamics. Previous professional experiences include co-founding GTR Engineering in the Philippines, acting as a Postdoctoral Associate at Virginia Tech, and serving as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Wake Forest University Health Sciences. Roche de Guzman holds a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from Wayne State University and has extensive academic and research experience across various institutions including Wake Forest, Virginia Tech, and the University of the Philippines.
