Joyce Chen

Joyce Chen has extensive experience in finance and management roles, with a focus on operations and integration. Joyce started their career in 1999 as an Accountant at IMC Group before moving on to roles such as Finance Manager at IMC Group and Business Controller & Finance Manager at MacGREGOR (Shanghai). In 2009, Joyce joined Skaugen (China) Holding Co Ltd as the ACCA Group Finance Manager, where they supervised the finance team. Joyce'smost recent position was as Vice President Finance APAC at Höganas (China) Co.,Ltd, where they led the APAC finance team and oversaw various aspects of finance, IT, and legal. Joyce also played a key role in M&A integration and successfully completed projects such as ERP implementation, internal control system establishment, and share capital reduction. Overall, Joyce has demonstrated expertise in financial management, reporting, budgeting, taxation, and treasury.

Joyce Chen completed a Top CFO program in EY& CIMA in 2015, earning a degree in CIMA, CGMA. From 2005 to 2010, they attended ACCA Shanghai, a training school for ACCA. In 1995, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in economics with a focus on accounting from Shandong University of Finance and Economics, where they studied until 1999.
