Subdirector Gestión Y Sistemas Sociales at Hogar de Cristo

Santiago Arellano is a professional with extensive experience in social management and project leadership. Currently serving as Subdirector de Gestión y Sistemas Sociales at Hogar de Cristo since January 2017, Santiago leads social evaluation and management areas, focusing on the design and implementation of tools to enhance social programs, including a biannual user satisfaction measurement process. Prior to this role, Santiago worked as Jefe de proyecto de construcción inmobiliaria at a family construction company, overseeing planning, financial management, and project analysis from January 2013 to April 2018. Additionally, from January 2011 to December 2016, Santiago was an Analista Monitoreo at the Ministerio de Desarrollo Social, responsible for monitoring and evaluating social programs. Santiago holds a Magister in Economics and Public Policy from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and a degree in Commercial Engineering from the same institution, along with a diploma in Leadership Skills from Universidad de Chile.
