Alexi Lloyd-Gaughan

Alexi Lloyd-Gaughan is an experienced talent acquisition and recruitment professional with a strong background in the industry. Currently serving as Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Hogarth Worldwide, Alexi has also held the roles of Head of Recruitment and Recruitment Manager in the UK. Prior experience includes working as a Principal Consultant focused on Change & Transformation at Exsurgo and as an Executive Consultant at Venn Group, where Alexi began as a Recruitment Consultant. Academic credentials include a degree from Loughborough University obtained between 2008 and 2011 and earlier education at St Helen and St Katharine from 2000 to 2007.
