Michael Stanley-Dowd

Michael Stanley-Dowd has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Michael started their career at LOVEFiLM as a Customer Service Liaison, providing technical support for an online DVD rental website. Michael then joined Ofcom as an Associate, where they were responsible for training new colleagues and providing coaching for existing staff in the Spectrum Licensing and Consumer Contact Team departments.

In 2015, Michael joined Hogarth Worldwide as a Technical Trainer, conducting training and developing resources for the company's bespoke production workflow management tools. Michael then progressed to the role of Training Team Lead, managing a team of technical trainers and ensuring alignment with business objectives. As Training Director, they researched and implemented a company-wide Learning Management System (LMS) and expanded the organization's eLearning production capability. Currently, Michael serves as the Global Head of Learning Services (HR) at Hogarth Worldwide, where they define and implements the global L&D strategy, collaborates with senior stakeholders, and oversees recruitment, training, appraisals, and well-being initiatives.

Michael Stanley-Dowd's education history includes:
