Janouska Doornbos

Janouska Doornbos is an HRM Docent at Hogeschool Rotterdam since October 2022 and a Reisleider at Mambo Reizen since July 2017, leading youth adventure trips in various countries. Previous experience includes positions as HR Manager and HR-adviseur at the Ministerie van Defensie from August 2018 to October 2022, contributing to HR development and providing management advice. Janouska worked as an HR-consultant at Heerema Marine Contractors and HR Officer at BAM International bv, Multi Corporation, and ING Nederland, where responsibilities ranged from advising on HR policies to recruitment and operational support in various regions. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and multiple degrees from the University of Groningen, along with ongoing education in change management at Nyenrode Business University.
