Emma Scannicchio

Emma Scannicchio is an experienced professional in recruitment, training, and development with a strong background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Director of Recruiting, Training and Development at Small Cheval since July 2023, Emma previously held the position of Corporate Director of Learning and Development at Maple Hospitality Group from December 2021 to July 2023. Prior roles include Learning and Development Director at Wow Bao and Manager of Training and Development at Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants, where Emma also worked as a Lead Server and Lead Host.
