Rachel Canfora

Rachel Canfora, MS, is a seasoned professional in hospitality leadership and operational performance. Currently serving as the Recruiting, Training and Development Director at Hogsalt since January 2021, Rachel previously held the position of Training and Development Manager. In addition to practical experience, Rachel contributes to academia as an Adjunct Professor at the DePaul School of Hospitality Leadership from April 2023 to June 2024. Prior to this, Rachel was the Training & Operations Manager at BOKA Restaurant Group from April 2019 to September 2020. Rachel holds a Master of Science degree in Hospitality Leadership and Operational Performance from the DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in History & Communications from Loyola University Chicago.
