Jamy Goemaat

Jamy Goemaat has extensive work experience in various roles, primarily in the fields of operations, credit management, and administration.

Starting in 2010, Jamy worked as a Financial/Administrative Assistant at Zeepfabriek Siderius, where they were responsible for the procurement process and related invoicing.

From 2012 to 2013, Jamy served as an Administrative Assistant at Damen Shipyards Group, managing the entire vehicle fleet and providing support to the payroll administration.

In 2013, Jamy joined Coöperatie VGZ, initially as a Senior Expert in Operations - Credit Management, coordinating team activities and ensuring KPI achievement. They then progressed to the role of a Process Consultant in Operations - Credit Management, where they focused on optimizing and continuously improving administrative processes. Subsequently, Jamy became a Manager in Operations - Credit Management, leading multiple teams and overseeing HR matters and risk management.

Additionally, Jamy served as a member of the Works Council during this time, advocating for employee interests.

Currently, Jamy holds the position of Strategy Support Manager & Team Lead Collections a.i. | Benelux at Hoist Finance, providing support to the Head of Operations. Their responsibilities include managing various local and group projects and initiatives, determining priorities, coordinating capacities, and driving project implementation.

Throughout their career, Jamy has demonstrated a strong ability to lead teams, improve processes, and contribute to the strategic goals of organizations.

Jamy Goemaat's education history includes obtaining a HBO (deeltijd) degree in Business administration / Bedrijfskunde / Business management / Bedrijfsmanagement from Avans University of Applied Sciences from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, Jamy studied Basiskennis Boekhouden/Calculatie at Da-Vinci College Gorinchem from 2010 to 2011. Furthermore, Jamy completed VMBO-TL in Economics at Oude Hoven from 2001 to 2005. Additionally, Jamy obtained a Lean Green Belt certification from Lean Consultancy Group in October 2017.
