Valerie Weilert

Valerie Weilert is a Senior Design Manager at HOKA, overseeing performance footwear for road training and racing since January 2020, focusing on product design and visual language creation. Previous experience includes roles as a Senior Footwear Designer at Under Armour and Footwear Designer II at Brooks Running Company, where Valerie specialized in designing competitive racing products for elite athletes. Additional background encompasses graphic design and illustration at Easton-Bell Sports, product design at WAGIC, and various sales and coaching roles early in the career. Valerie holds a B.S. in Industrial Design from San José State University, and proficient skills in product design, conceptualization, and craftsmanship have been developed throughout the career.
