Natalie Wood

Natalie Wood has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several years. Natalie is currently serving as the VP of Engineering at Hokodo, starting in March 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Egress Software Technologies as the Director Of Engineering from June 2022 to February 2023. Natalie also held multiple roles at Beacon, starting as the Head of Engineering from April 2021 to December 2021, and then as the Director Of Engineering from December 2021 to May 2022. Before Beacon, they worked as a Senior Engineering Manager at Mimecast from March 2020 to April 2021, and at CircleCI from July 2019 to February 2020. Natalie's earlier experience includes working at Elsevier as the Director of Quality Engineering (Research Technology) from January 2018 to July 2019, and as the Head of Quality Engineering (ScienceDirect) from November 2014 to January 2018. Natalie also worked at S&P Global Ratings as a QA Lead from May 2012 to October 2014 and as a Senior QA Engineer from September 2008 to May 2012. Natalie's career began at Reed Business Information, where they held the position of Senior Test Analyst / Product Manager from May 2007 to September 2008. Prior to that, they worked as a Police Constable at the Metropolitan Police from July 2004 to May 2007, and as a Software Tester at Lloyds TSB from August 2003 to July 2004.

Natalie Wood attended Swanmore Secondary School from 1988 to 1993. Upon completing their secondary education, they went on to Barton Peveril 6th Form College from 1993 to 1995. During this time, they pursued A-Levels in Maths, English Language, and French. Subsequently, from 1996 to 1999, Natalie studied Linguistics at UCL, obtaining a 2:1 degree.
