Andrey Velinov

Lead Electrical Project Manager at Holcim

Andrey Velinov began their work experience in 2002 at Holcim (Bulgaria) as Assistant to Chief Power Engineer. Andrey then became the Head of Section Supervisors from November 2004 to March 2006. In 2007, they joined Holcim as a Lead Electrical Project Manager, where they were responsible for coordinating and implementing global projects.

Andrey Velinov pursued their education in the field of power engineering and electrical equipment. Andrey first attended the Technical school of power engineering from 1993 to 1998, earning a Technical school degree with a focus on electrical networks and electrical power stations. Andrey then went on to study at the Technical University Sofia, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Power engineering and electrical equipment (profile: Electrical power stations) from 1998 to 2002. Andrey furthered their education at the same university and completed a Master's Degree in the Master program of power engineering and electrical equipment between 2002 and 2004.
