Boris Yebga

Boris YEBGA is an experienced engineering and operations professional with a strong background in plant management and technical leadership. Currently serving as Director of Plant Management at Holcim since January 2021, Boris has prior experience at Nestlé, where roles included Head of Technical Department and Factory Maintenance Manager, overseeing CAPEX, Lean Six Sigma initiatives, and various engineering projects. Boris's expertise encompasses maintenance and improvement management, utilities management, and operational safety, health, and environment (SH&E). In earlier positions at Guinness Cameroun and Alucam, Boris was involved in implementing preventive maintenance programs and process engineering. Boris holds an Industrial Engineering Degree from Icam and is pursuing certification in Project Management from the Project Management Institute.
