Claudia Mann

Claudia Mann has over 25 years of experience in various Human Resources leadership roles. Claudia currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources U.S. at LafargeHolcim since 2020. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Human Resources and Staff Development Officer at the Archdiocese of Chicago from 2017 to 2020. Claudia also served as the Vice President of Human Resources, North America at Suzlon Wind Energy A/S from 2012 to 2017, where they led HR initiatives for the North American division. Claudia also held leadership roles at Acciona Energy and Federated Group, and before that, served as the Regional Director of Human Resources for Boise Cascade. Throughout their career, they have been recognized for their expertise in organizational development, employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation, and training.

Claudia Mann, SPHR - SCP holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Liberal Arts and Communications from Bradley University. Claudia also obtained a Master of Science degree in Human Resources from the Quinlan School of Business, Loyola University Chicago.
