Dailyn Nivero

Dailyn Nivero is an experienced mining operations professional with a focus on quarry management and mine planning. Currently serving as Mining Operations Manager and IMS Internal Auditor at Holcim since January 2019, key responsibilities include overseeing quarry operations and developing comprehensive mining plans using advanced software tools. Prior experience at LafargeHolcim Aggregates, Inc., includes roles as Quarry Supervisor and Mining Engineer, where significant contributions were made in mining planning, operational management, and compliance with international management standards. Earlier experience includes an internship at Rapu-Rapu Minerals Inc. and a position as Engineer I at the Mines and Geosciences Bureau, specializing in safety and environmental compliance in the mining industry. Dailyn earned a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering from Bicol University in 2013 and received the Titanium Philippine Minerals Industry and Environment Award in 2014.
