Gary Bando, CPA, CA, serves as the Vice President of Integration Management at LafargeHolcim, where expertise in integrating acquisitions and optimizing shared services has yielded substantial savings and operational efficiencies. With a robust background spanning over three decades in finance and business services, Gary has transitioned various functions to Colombia, directed significant restructuring initiatives, and implemented continuous process improvement strategies across North America. Prior roles include leadership positions in financial services, ERP business implementation, and special projects, alongside foundational experience at Coats Canada Inc. and Deloitte & Touche. Gary holds an Honours BA in Chartered Accountancy Studies from the University of Waterloo and completed the Corporate Management Development Program at Duke University.
