Kristin Beck

Kristin Beck has extensive work experience in supply chain and logistics roles. Kristin began their career at Logistics Insight Corporation, where they served as a Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Commercial Leader for General Motors from 1997 to 2007. Kristin then joined Schneider National as a Senior Commercial Leader for Dow Chemical from 2008 to 2013. Following this, Beck worked at The Dow Chemical Company as a Supply Chain Logistics Director from 2010 to 2018. In 2019, they became the Senior Vice President of Supply Chain & Logistics at Holcim, a position they held until 2021. Kristin then served as the Global Chief Supply Chain Officer for Holcim Solutions & Products from 2021 to 2023. Currently, Beck is the President of Holcim Commercial Roofing Systems & Lining.

Kristin Beck obtained a Bachelor of Industrial Science Degree with a major in Administration and a concentration in Organization Management from Central Michigan University from 1999 to 2008. In 2010, they earned a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the American Society of Quality. Kristin received an Apollo Root Cause Analysis certification from Effective Problem Solving LLC in 2013. In 2014, they attended Harvard Business School for Executive Leadership training. Kristin Beck completed the "From Specialist to Strategist" program at Smith College Executive Education for Women in 2016. Additionally, they obtained a Value Chain certificate from the Michigan State University Mid-Michigan Value Chain Certificate Program in 2015. Kristin also has an Executive Leadership certification from Ivy Academy Inc, although the exact dates of the program are not provided.
