Tim N. has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Tim started their career as a Field Engineer at The Western Company of N. America, where they gained technical expertise in oil well stimulation, cementing, acidizing, and down hole tools. Tim then joined Ashland Chemical Company as an Area Business Manager, selling engineered water treatment chemical programs to markets in refining, cogeneration, and heavy industry.

Tim later moved to LignoTech USA, Inc., where they held multiple roles. As a Senior Technical Sales Representative, they managed a customer base in various industries with a focus on oil field chemicals. Tim was then promoted to Area Business Manager, responsible for the company's North American oil field chemical division and coordinating global operations.

Tim subsequently became the Global Sales Manager for the oil field chemical division at LignoTech. In this role, they oversaw all commercial aspects of the business, including new business development, value-added selling, and managing internal resources for expansion.

Most recently, Tim worked at Holcim, first as the Vice President of Global Sales, responsible for delivering target revenues and market share with key accounts in the oil and gas industry. Tim then expanded their role to include VP International Key Accounts Oil & Gas / Infrastructure, where they provided strategic direction and leadership to cross-functional teams, translating customer priorities into new opportunities across the entire Holcim product portfolio.

From 1979 to 1983, Tim N. studied at the University of Oklahoma and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Petroleum Engineering.
