Marko Milojkovic

Marko Milojkovic is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies, currently serving as Head of People at Holcim (Italia) SpA since July 2024. Previously, Marko held significant positions at CRH as HRD for the Western Balkans and Executive Board Member; at Bosch Srbija and Vibac Spa as HR Manager and HR Plant Director, overseeing essential recruitment processes, policy implementation, and employee satisfaction initiatives; and at Magneti Marelli, focusing on lean manufacturing and organizational development.
