Leonardo Alexander Renatus Pane is an experienced professional in the agricultural sector with a focus on business development and downstream strategy. Currently serving as Vice President of Business Development & Downstream Strategy at Holding PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) since May 2018, Leonardo has previously held several key positions within the same organization, including Vice President of Downstream Strategy and roles in applied technology and non-commodity business development. Prior experience includes work as an Agribusiness & Environmental Consultant at PT. Bina Mandiri Anugerah and time spent as a Mechanical & Electrical Engineer, as well as an internship in agricultural engineering at PT Perkebunan Nusantara VI (Persero). Leonardo holds a Master’s degree in Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Technology from IPB University.
