Michael Kelly has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Michael started their career as a Front Office Manager at Delta Hotels and Resorts® in 1997 and worked there until 2000. From 2000 to 2001, they worked as an Auditor at Hospitality Safeguards Inc, conducting internal audits for Lodgian Inc and Ritchfield Hotel Groups. Michael then joined WORLDMARK BY WYNDHAM as an Operations Manager from 2001 to 2004, and afterward worked at Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites as an Operations Manager from 2004 to 2006. From 2006 to 2009, they worked as a Route Sales Representative at Sara Lee Bakery Group Inc. Since then, they have been with Holiday Inn Club Vacations, initially as a Sales/Sales Support Manager from 2009 to 2013, then as a Regional Business Manager from 2013 to 2017, and currently as the Director of Sales and Marketing Operations, a position they assumed in January 2018.
Michael Kelly attended the Florida Hotel & Motel Lodging Operations Program from 1993 to 1997, focusing on Hospitality Administration/Management.
