Robert Cortez

Robert Cortez has over 26 years of experience in the hotel and hospitality industry. Robert started their career as the Director of Property Operations at Hilton Waikoloa Village in 1993 and held that position until 2003. After that, they joined Hilton Hawaiian Village as the Regional Director of Property Operations and worked there until 2007. From 2007 to 2014, they worked at Hilton Grand Vacations (ELARA) as an Assistant General Manager. Since 2014, they have been working at Holiday Inn Club Vacations, initially as the Chief Engineer and later promoted to the role of Area Director of Engineering.

Robert Cortez attended the University of Hawaii at Manoa from 1968 to 1971, where they studied Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Central Plant Equipment. Prior to that, they obtained a High School degree from Kailua High in Oahu, Hawaii.
