Monica Berasaluce has a diverse work experience, starting in 2017 as a Intern at Grupo Joly, where they were responsible for writing local press articles and managing the local agenda section. Monica then worked as a Journalist at the ASOCIACIÓN PRO DERECHOS HUMANOS DE ANDALUCÍA, handling institutional communication, creating web content, and supporting journalists during press conferences.

In 2018, Monica worked as a Journalist at Ecoperiodismo and later joined PROBANDO PROBANDO COMUNICACION Y GASTRONOMIA SL as a Community Manager, where they managed social media accounts, published specialized content on gastronomy, and prepared reports and content portfolios.

Monica continued their career in 2020 as a Radio Journalist at Unedisa Comunicaciones (RADIO MARCA), where they covered daily local news, produced live connections for the noon program, and reported on institutional events and press conferences in Jerez de la Frontera. In the same year, they were also a Collaborating Writer at DIARIO DE CADIZ SL.

Monica worked as a Teacher at Techmakers Consultoría Innovación Educativa from 2021 to 2022, teaching a workshop on journalistic language and radio in centers funded by the Impulsa tu futuro Plan. Monica also trained participants in digital and audiovisual skills as part of the DigiCraft project by Fundación Vodafone and BQ.

In 2021, they became the Communications and Marketing Manager at Másterñam, where they held responsibilities in communication and marketing until 2023. Prior to that, they were a Performance Marketing professional at Bigmentar - Consultoría de Negocio y Marketing Digital from 2022 to 2023.

Currently, Monica Berasaluce is working as a Junior Content Marketing Manager at HolidayPirates Group, starting in 2023.

Monica Berasaluce completed their Bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of Sevilla, from 2014 to 2018. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Institutional and Political Communication at the same university, from 2020 to 2021. In 2021, they enrolled at IMF Smart Education to pursue a Master's degree in Marketing and Digital Communication, specializing in Marketing/Management.
