Thomas Heine, RRP, has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades in various leadership positions within the hospitality and vacation management industry. Thomas started their career in 1994 as the Director and CFO of Westgate Miami Beach at The Cornfeld Group. Thomas then served as the Chief Financial Officer of Destiny Resorts International, LLC before becoming the General Manager of Hyatt Vacation Management at Global Hyatt in 2001. In 2005, they took on the role of Chief Executive Officer at Keys Property Management Enterprise, Inc. Thomas later became the District Vice President of the Pacific Northwest at Wyndham Vacation Ownership in 2006. Heine also worked as the Customer Service Manager at Systems Products International, Inc. in 2013, and the Regional Director at FirstService Residential Florida in 2014. From 2015 to 2017, they served as the Budget Director at Newport Marketing Group, LLC and Powerline Tour Management, LLC. Currently, they are the Chief Financial Officer at Holidays Network Group, a position they have held since February 2017.

Thomas Heine, RRP (Registered Resort Professional), holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Accounting from Ohio University. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including being a Licensed Community Association Manager from the State of Florida in November 2013, a Community Association Manager from the Community Associations Institute in November 2007, and a Registered Resort Professional from the American Resort Development in March 1998.
