Darran Salisbury

Darran Salisbury is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Travelling Corporate Fleet Executive Chef at Holland America Line since September 2018, Darran has previously held positions such as Principal Hotels Executive Chef at Principal Hotel Company from June 2017 to September 2018, and Executive Chef at RCCL from April 2011 to February 2017. Darran's earlier career includes roles as Executive Chef / Director at Catering Network UK and as a Training and Development Chef at Sodexo. Darran's culinary education was honed at the Army Catering Corps, culminating in a Higher National Diploma in Culinary Arts.
