Bruce Bechtel

Bruce Bechtel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and engineering across various manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the General Manager of Engineering and Manufacturing at Holland LP since July 2021, Bruce has held key roles such as Operations Manager at Brennan Equipment and Manufacturing, Inc., President & CEO at Midland Stamping and Fabricating Company, and President at Tri-State Industries. Previously, Bruce was Vice President at Ace World Companies and Vice President of Operations at Whiting Corporation. Early career experience includes a role as Director of Manufacturing at Elgin Sweeper and Manufacturing Engineer at Northrop Grumman. Bruce holds a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Technology from Bradley University and an MBA in Operations Management from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
