Mandla Msweli

Mandla Msweli has extensive experience in various leadership roles. Mandla served as the Director at CollabHous3, where they secured multimillion-dollar contracts with global companies. Prior to that, they were the Head of Real Estate, Facilities Management, and Supply Chain Management at Hollard Insurance, where they formulated strategies and managed a team of over 100 members. Mandla also worked as a Director at Integrat (Pty) Ltd and held the position of Group Executive for Supply Chain & Logistics at Ellerine Holdings. Mandla played a crucial role in restructuring the supply chain operations and overseeing a fleet of delivery vehicles. At African Bank, Mandla served as the Head of Distribution, contributing to the company's sales strategy and store optimization. Mandla began their career at Aramex as the Director of Contracts Logistics Division.

Mandla Msweli has a diverse education history. In 1991, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Chemistry from the University of the Witwatersrand. Mandla then pursued a 2-Year Management Development Programme at EBS Paris - European Business School from 1997 to 1999. In 2002, Mandla earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Bond University. In 2009, they completed a Certificate in Supply Chain Management at GIBS Business School. In 2018, Mandla obtained an International Coaching Diploma from the Consciousness Coaching Academy (CCA), specializing in Life Coaching. Lastly, they acquired a Certificate in Property Management from the University of Pretoria in 2019.
