Vanessa Mathuto Kodisang

Vanessa Mathuto Kodisang is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational effectiveness. Currently serving as the Executive Head of People for the Group Talent, Performance, and Learning Cluster at Hollard Insurance, Vanessa has previously held significant roles including Executive Head of People at Danone and Head of HR at Massmart. During a career spanning various leadership positions in both corporate settings and consulting firms, Vanessa has developed strategic talent management policies and programs, led recruitment initiatives, and linked business strategies with talent capabilities. Vanessa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management and is pursuing honors in Industrial Psychology from the University of South Africa.
