Ashley (Meglio) Billings has a diverse range of work experience. Ashley started their career at Hollingsworth & Vose in 2011, where they held various positions in supply chain management. Ashley began as a Supply Chain Associate - Purchasing, managing MRO spend and negotiating contracts, and then transitioned to a role as a Supply Chain Associate - Customer Service, where they managed transactions and forecasted consignment programs. Ashley later became a Customer Service Manager, leading a team of representatives and improving customer response time. In 2019, they moved into a role as Americas Product Marketing Manager, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop solutions and balance customer demand. Currently, Ashley is the Director of Customer Experience, responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction and overseeing customer service representatives. In addition to their tenure at Hollingsworth & Vose, they also worked at Plan it Martha's Vineyard as a Lead Coordinator, planning and executing events and coordinating with vendors.
Ashley (Meglio) Billings attended Penn State University from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management. In 2009, they also participated in a study abroad program at Umbra Institute, focusing on International Business.
