Rick Grande

Rick Grande, MEM, has extensive experience in engineering and project management, currently serving as Senior Project Lead and Sustaining Engineer at Hollister since January 2007, where responsibilities include leading projects focused on changes in materials, processes, equipment, and specifications. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Quality Engineer at Johnson & Johnson from 1999 to 2006. Rick Grande holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University, obtained between 1982 and 1986, and is pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management at Ohio University, with studies spanning from May 2022 to December 2023.
