Justin Battershell

Justin Battershell has extensive work experience in the environmental field. Justin started their career as an Environmental Specialist at HollyFrontier in March 2016 and held this position until December 2019. During this time, they managed the refining environmental internal audit program, developed guidance documents for air regulations, and led various environmental sustainability reporting and data management efforts. Justin also played a key role in deploying IT solutions for refining assets. In July 2022, Justin transitioned to the role of Air Compliance Lead at HollyFrontier, where they continue to oversee compliance and environmental initiatives. Prior to their time at HollyFrontier, Justin served in the US Army as a Chief Warrant Officer, starting in August 2002.

Justin Battershell has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Kansas State University.
