Carina P.

Carina P. began their work experience in 2013 as a QA Localization Technician at Testronic, where they ensured the quality of game language and reported issues. Carina then moved on to Sitel as a Customer Service Associate, where they focused on customer satisfaction and technical issue reporting. In 2014, Carina worked as a QA Germany Language Tester at SEGA Europe Limited, ensuring the quality of game language and providing IT hardware and software issue solutions. Carina also worked as a QA Functionality Tester, testing game functionality and reporting progress. Carina then became a Personal Assistant at Jincheng Tongda & Neal Law Firm, performing various administrative tasks and improving efficiency. In 2015, they joined Trimble MAPS as an EPA, Enterprise Product Analyst, where they worked on quality assurance, customer support, and training. Carina later became a Senior Technical Analyst and Team Lead, responsible for SDK integration, issue resolution, and training. In 2020, Carina joined HOLO-LIGHT as a Development Manager, and in 2021, they transitioned to the role of Chief Project Manager.

Carina P. completed their Master's degree in Chinese Studies at SOAS University of London from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Sinology from the University of Vienna, where they studied from 2007 to 2011.
