Shahin Lauritzen has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries and roles. In 2008, they founded and served as the Managing Partner of Skandia Consulting Group, where they led management consulting projects in the energy sector. From 2010 to 2013, they were the Director for Management and Finance, and CFO at the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), where they improved financial performance and managed public funds.

In 2013, they joined the Council of Europe as the Director for Finance and Group CFO, driving growth and performance strategy for a public production company in the pharmaceutical sector. From 2014 to 2015, they served as an Investor, Board Member, and Advisor to the Founding team of My World Tech Ltd, a tech start-up with a focus on taxi-service and the travel industry.

In 2015, Shahin Lauritzen became the CFO and Chief Controller as well as the UN Assistant Secretary-General at the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD). Shahin played a key role in the organization's transformation, focusing on growth strategy and financial business process re-engineering.

From 2016 to 2019, they worked in stealth-mode at Holodia, a company they founded, which pioneered immersive and interactive fitness with its gamified workout platform. Additionally, they mentored and supported early-stage tech start-ups at London Sport Tech Hub from 2019 to 2021.

Since 2021, Shahin Lauritzen has been involved in various roles and companies. Shahin is the CEO and founder of Holodia, continuing to innovate the fitness industry. Shahin also joined Bellevuebugt ApS as they develop a combat training simulation platform using proprietary XR technology. Shahin is a Board Member and Investor at UDU and was an Investor in GameGolf Inc., a golf GPS shot tracking company that was acquired by Inpixon in 2021.

Shahin Lauritzen has a diverse and extensive education history. In 1988-1991, they attended the Royal Danish Military Academy, where they studied Military Science. From 1994-1996, they returned to the same academy to further their studies in Military Science and Operations. In 2006, Shahin obtained a Diploma in Crisis Management from Cranfield University. In 2007-2008, they pursued an MBA at the IEDC - Bled School of Management, focusing on Strategy and Finance. They also attended the Harvard Kennedy School in 2010, gaining knowledge in Finance strategy, financial planning and services, financial analytics, management reporting, and revenue. Most recently, in 2022, Shahin completed the Executive Board Programme at INSEAD, specializing in International board governance, business value creation, and board communication.
