Alison Meadows

Alison Meadows is an experienced benefits and wellness professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Senior Director of US Benefits and Wellness Programs at Hologic, Inc. since January 2004, Alison plans and directs nationwide benefits policies and programs, including retirement plans. Prior to this role, Alison was Benefits Manager at Logica CMG from October 1998 to December 2003, where responsibilities included managing benefits and HRIS integration during mergers and acquisitions. Earlier career experience includes a position as Staffing Manager at Office Specialists. Alison holds a degree from Wheaton College Massachusetts, which was completed in 1997, following education at Lynnfield High School.
