Yann Marcy

Yann Marcy is an accomplished leader in research and development with extensive experience in the life sciences sector. Currently serving as VP of R&D at Hologic, Inc. since November 2021, Yann has held multiple key roles at Mobidiag, including Président of Mobidiag France and R&D Director for platform development. Prior to Mobidiag, Yann was R&D Director at Genewave, leading engineering and assay development initiatives and participating in various collaborative projects. Additional experience includes roles as Product Manager and Project Manager at Genewave, where significant contributions to product cycles and European projects were made. Academic background includes a Ph.D. in Cellular and Molecular Biology from Paris-Sud University, complemented by postdoctoral work at Stanford University.
