Sara Shoemake has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Sara began their career as a Digital Marketing and Design Intern at FarShore Partners in 2013 and also interned as a Technology Business Analyst at Dashfire the same year. In 2014, Sara had internships at Publicis Sport & Entertainment as a Research and Data Analytics Intern and at American Express as a Digital Customer Experience Intern.

In 2015, Sara worked as an App Operations, Technical Customer Success at DoubleDutch. Sara then joined Mess in 2016 as a Junior Digital Producer & QA. Later that year, Sara became a QA Engineer - iOS and Android at Eight Bit Studios and was promoted to QA Team Lead in 2018.

In 2019, Sara transitioned to Hologram Inc. as a Customer Success Engineer and then took on the role of Senior Solutions Engineer in 2020. Currently, they serve as the Head of Solutions Engineering and Support at Hologram Inc. with their tenure starting in June 2021.

Sara Shoemake holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Design (Visual Communication) along with a concentration in Applied and Computational Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Notre Dame.
