Jenny Pippow

Jenny Pippow has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jenny is currently the Head of People & Culture at HOLOPLOT, a position they started in September 2023. Prior to this, Jenny worked at YOC as the Director of Human Resources from October 2017 to August 2022 and as the Head of Human Resources from January 2015 to September 2017. Jenny also has experience at Google as an HR Specialist from April 2012 to December 2014, at Academic Work Germany GmbH as a Consultant Manager from March 2011 to March 2012, at Bundesagentur für Arbeit as an Employment Agent from November 2009 to February 2011, at timecon GmbH & Co. KG as an HR Assistant from May 2008 to April 2009, and at DEVK Allgemeine Versicherungs AG as an Intern from February 2002 to August 2002.

Jenny Pippow obtained their vocational training as a banker from Volksbank eG Wolfsburg from 1998 to 2002. Jenny then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Social Economics at the University of Hamburg, completing it from 2005 to 2009. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Hamburg, completing it from 2012 to 2014. In 2022, they attended IU International University of Applied Sciences to acquire knowledge in agility and creative working methods, change management, and organizational development, ultimately earning the degree of Agile Change Coach in 2023. Additionally, in the same year, they obtained a Coach (QRC) & Systemic Coach degree from BUSINESS TRENDS ACADEMY (BTA) GmbH.
