Courtney Lozano

Program Director, Cancer Support Community at Holy Name Hospital

Courtney Lozano, LCSW has extensive experience in the field of social work. Courtney started as an Assistant Director at Patchogue-Medford Youth Services in 2007 and later worked as a Social Skills Group Leader at the Institute of Behavioral Health until 2010. From 2009 to 2010, they served as an Oncology Social Worker/Children's Program Coordinator at CancerCare. Courtney then transitioned to the Visiting Nurse Association of Northern New Jersey, where they were a Medical Social Worker from 2010 to 2016. Since 2016, they have been working as the Program Director of the Cancer Support Community at Holy Name Medical Center.

Courtney Lozano, LCSW completed their Bachelor of Social Work degree at Stony Brook University from 2003 to 2005. Courtney then pursued their Master of Social Work degree at Fordham University from 2005 to 2006 through the Social Work Advanced Standing Program.
