Rich Iandoli

Rich Iandoli has a diverse work experience. Rich started their career at Vitale Caturano and Co in 1994 as a Manager in Public Accounting. Rich then joined G V Moore Lumber in 2001 as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. In 2004, they became President and CEO of Homans Associates, a position they still hold. In 2019, they took on the role of Co COO at Watsco, Inc.

Rich Iandoli attended Bentley University from 1990 to 1994, where they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting. In January 1995, they obtained the Certified Public Accountant certification from the Massachusetts Society of CPAs, Inc.
