Founded in 1993, HCA is a Philadelphia-based, employee-owned cooperative that specializes in compassionate and skilled assistance given by trustworthy aides.  The company is affiliated with the Paraprofessional Healthcare Institute, a non-profit that advocates for fair wages and benefits for home care workers, and higher standards of care for clients.
