Michaela Brown has a diverse and extensive work experience in the healthcare and community care industry. Michaela began their career at Anglicare Sydney in 2011 as a Team leader and later became a Coordinator. In 2015, they joined The Benevolent Society as a Manager, where they worked until 2016. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Community Care Manager at Creating Links (NSW) Ltd. Following that, they were the General Manager at SummitCare from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, they started working at Home Caring Hawkesbury as the Director, overseeing in-home support services. Additionally, in 2021, they took on the role of Group Chief Operating Officer at Home Caring.
