Rohan Sadier

Rohan Sadier currently serves as Chief of Staff at Home.cc since December 2024. Prior to this role, Rohan held prominent positions at IWG plc from September 2019 to December 2024, where responsibilities included managing global P&L and performance for office-related products as Global Commercial Director. Rohan also contributed to business development and strategic growth programs during this tenure. Previous roles include advising at dmg ventures, leading customer strategy at dmg media, and managing global strategy and finance at Bacardi, where Rohan supported business planning and innovation projects. Early career experience includes a position as Associate Consultant at L.E.K. Consulting and an internship at BP. Rohan holds an MEng in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London.
