Jessica Mack is the Director of Operations and Education and is the Corporate Compliance Officer at HCS. Jessica has been with the agency since 1997 and has served in multiple roles in that time, including development and fundraising, managing the Care Coordination Team, and overseeing insurance authorizations. Jessica currently oversees Employee Education, Facilities, Information Technology, and Compliance and her overall agency focus is on process improvement. Jessica has a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services and a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Administration from Franklin Pierce University. She also has a certification in Health Care Compliance from the Health Care Compliance Association and is a Lean Six Sigma Yellowbelt.
